He has been chairman of the National Association Realtors Professional Standards Committee, the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, and has served several terms on the NAR Risk Management Committee. A well recognized figure in Social Media Education, Bill has received accolades for his work in and out of the real estate industry, including his presentations for the Federal Government, the National Association of REALTORS, the Association Executives Institute. the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, and other organizations in the U.S. and abroad. With over 30 years of education experience, certifications in training Professional Standards and Mediation, and a career as a successful entrepreneur, Bill brings real world experience and humor to his audiences.
Ginger Wilcox – Co-Founder
Ginger is an experienced business owner and has managed sales and operations for both start up and Fortune 500 organizations. She is an accomplished speaker, writer and trainer in online marketing and social media strategy. Ginger has spoken to organizations and associations around the country including the Department of External Affairs, BlogWorld & New Media Expo, National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference, Association Executives Institute, Inman Real Estate Connect and more. Ginger consulted with the the National Association of REALTORS® on the newly released Social Media Policy for Associations.
Amy Chorew – Director of Training & Education

Hal Lublin – Chief Marketing Officer
Hal has managed social marketing programs for large and small businesses. He is a well-respected national speaker, educator and consultant whose presentations on Social Media, Permission-Based Marketing and Online Community Building have been featured by national and international audiences. With his guidance, local and national companies have been able to develop a plan to use social media as an effective part of their business strategy. Hal also serves as Director of Social Media for Prodegé, LLC, overseeing overall strategy as well as day-to-day engagement & community management.
